A:We do most sublimation printing in house, but not only this, we can also do embroidery, silk screen printing, heat transfer, embossed.
Q:If we ship sample to you, can you fully copy the sample specifications?
A:Ye we do, our purchase team will look around the market to get the same or most close fabric, then we will copy the sizing, cut, high quality workmanship, colors etc.
Q:How quick can you make a order?
A: It depend on how many piece you order ? Our monthly output is 100000set /month .
Q: Do you have stock products to sell ?
A: Yes, we have stock many kind of colors blank jersey to sell. Also accept OEM order.
Q: When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?
A: You can choose: PDF, CDR, AI vector files
What is your shipping way?
A: For small orders, we use door to door express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS & TNT;
For large quantity orders, we can ship by Sea or by Air, and your forwarder is acceptable.
Q: Do you accept private names and numbers printed on uniforms?
A: Yes, it is available. We can make it by Sublimation, Heat Transfer Printing or Applique.
Q: Can I make some change during the production?
A: You can change if we have just finished paper patterns and print sample. Can’t change if we finished cutting, sublimation printing and sewing which wasting and cost will be incurred. Need to contact your Gao fei service who you deal with.
Q: Do you have any guarantee about products and delivery?
A: Yes, we have quality and delivery time guarantee.
1) About quality: If the quality problems caused by us, we would like to try our best to reduce the loss of customers, and provide the best solutions, such as giving appropriate compensation or remake the wrong products within 7 working days.
2) About delivery time: If we do not ship out the goods on time and cause you missing your events or competitions, we would like to give you the appropriate compensation.
